Maintenance Technicians - Basic carpentry, drywall and punch list experience required. Supervisory experience a plus.

Water Damage Technicians – IICRC certification and insurance loss experience required.

Cleaners – Post-construction, stripping/waxing floors, carpet and window cleaning experience required.

General Laborers – Laborers needed for construction support services.

• Flexible hours, weekends and on-call
• Valid Drivers license and transportation required
• Drug test and background check
