Job Title: DIRECTOR, ENGINEERING/CHIEF ENGINEER
We are a quasi-public agency in the Delaware Valley with a career opportunity for an experienced individual wishing to lead our dedicated team of professionals.

Qualifications
This individual must have the ability to manage and direct all aspects of a multi-disciplinary Engineering department which is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical assets of the DRPA and PATCO. The individual will be required to direct the inspection, capital and major maintenance programs for the DRPA and PATCO facilities.
He/She will establish policies and procedures regarding the technical aspects of the facilities to ensure that the facilities are being maintained and upgraded in conformance with mandated and accepted criteria and standards. DRPA/PATCO will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in assessing an applicant’s ability to carry out or otherwise meet the job requirements in a satisfactory manner.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering
2. Professional Engineer’s License issued by the State of New Jersey and/or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
3. Twenty years of Professional Engineering experience; fifteen years in position of increasing responsibility in engineering and construction of large facilities.
4. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software.
